This listing is for a awesome and super rare Beryl Crystal in Quartz Matrix from the long closed Batchellorville Quarry, Saratoga County, New York. Many people don't know that there actually is beryl from New York but, there is! The mine was not quarried for beryl but for mica and feldspar 100 years ago. This special piece was acquired from an old collection.

Specimens from this location are hard to find especially in matrix. The specimen sits great and would be a worthwhile addition to any collection.
