German 4 Piece Desk Set In 800 Fine Silver & Cut / Etched Crystal Classical Scroll Design This is a four piece German 800 fine silver desk set that includes a letter holder, blotter, inkwell, and ashtray. The letter holder is approximately 6 1/8" tall (tall point) 7 1/8" wide. This letter holder has a classical open work musician & Cherub design.

The Ashtray is approximately 3 3/8" tall (1 3/8" without match box attached) by 5 1/2 wide (at the widest point). The ashtray has a classical scroll design. The inkwell is approximately 4" tall by 2 5/8" wide.

The inkwell has a classical musician & cherub design. The blotter is approximately 14 1/4" long by 19 3/4" wide. The blotter has a open work scroll design. The 800 silver slides off of the letter holder, inkwell, and ashtray (bottom piece of silver, not lid). The total weight of these pieces is approximately 167.5 grams.

The silver wont come off the blotter, so getting a total weight of all 800 silver piece's is impossible. Three pieces are marked with the same maker's mark, I could not find a maker's mark for the blotter, however appears to be matching.

This set is previously owned. This has light ware, surface scratches, and tarnish. The inkwell's lid is slight loose and moves side to side a little. Please view all photos for the most accurate description.
