This was made from the pez factory testing out different colors or perhaps employees just flushing out the mold with what ever color was being used. So very few of these exist or perhaps the only one? I only have 1 of these. Here is the Tiger from The Jungle Book with a yellow and white Crystal head instead of the common orange and white solid colored one.

This was a test piece from the factory. The stem is a orange color. The stem is a 5.9 patent made in Slovenia. The head is in great shape.
