This is a wholesale lot of 12 high grade Druzy specimens from The Herkimer Diamond Mines KOA Resort in Middleville, New York! They are all palm sized or larger. These are pieces of the walls, floors and ceilings of Herkimer Diamond pockets and are comprised of thousands of tiny herkimer quartz crystals which form a druzy layer over the dolostone matrix. The colors of the druze range from light "koala" grey druze, gorgeous silky dark druze, and with a gorgeous golden color of iron oxide inclusions in the quartz. Some of the druze growth is very tiny and extra sparkly, other pieces have more developed druze with slightly larger crystals.
